Horizontal Conveyorized Equipment designed for imaging processes used in PCB and Chemical Milling production

The machine is made in polypropylene. It has adjustable feet to balance and adjust the working height.

The conveyor mechanism is achieved through a hexagonal bar with appropriate material to the type of treatment.

The conveyor rollers of are made of plastic or rubber depending on the chemical solutions used. The conveyors gears are made of PVDF with a specific design, to reduce the axial force on the supports of the hexagonal bar. All the rollers and the spray may be removed without the use of wrenches or special tools.

The length of the line is determined by the process type and the conveyor requested speed.
Since the beginning each customer is followed by the technical staff to evaluate specific process and space requirements.
The machines are all different because they are designed following each customer specifications.
